Introducing the New 28' Model Tiny House

We're excited to announce the arrival of our all-new, already-popular Model Tiny! For the past two years, we've been building Model Tinies for customers across the U.S., with homes now in over 30 states. After this success, we went back to the drawing board and redesigned our Model Tiny.

This fully certified 28' Model Tiny offers an open floor plan with downstairs sleeping and a loft above the bathroom, perfect for a full-sized bed. The loft can sleep up to four people, with high-quality waterproof flooring throughout. Two 5'x4' tempered glass windows brighten the space and make it feel larger, perfect for enjoying the view from bed.

The kitchen is equipped with 100% wood cabinets, quartz countertops, and a large stainless steel sink, along with a two-burner convection cooktop. The home features high-quality LVP flooring and a full-length tempered glass entry door for added light and visibility.

Insulation ratings include R24 in the floor, R15 in the walls, and R19 in the ceiling, ensuring comfort in various climates. The walls are crafted from cabinet-grade plywood with nickel gaps, and the ceiling features a mix of shiplap board and plywood. Utilities are neatly tucked underneath the home, with 50 amp power and hose-fed water supply.
