  • We are based out of beautiful, historic Wilmington, North Carolina and have shipped tiny homes throughout The United States. We have partnered with industry tiny house shipping leaders that are insured and bonded with years of tiny house delivery experience.

  • Tiny House Listings' tiny homes meet the certification standards for Park Model Recreational Vehicles (RVs), as verified by Pacific West Associates, a recognized RV engineering firm. Each tiny home adheres to rigorous codes and standards established by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).

    These standards, which are also employed by the RV Industry Association (RVIA), encompass structural integrity, fire safety, and various other quality and safety measures. Note that RVIA itself does not provide separate certification but acts as another certifying body.

  • Typically the process works where we build your tiny house for you in our facility located in Wilmington, North Carolina or you purchase a tiny house in our current inventory. Ready to get started? Feel free to get in touch with us.

  • We offer a 1-year manufactures warranty for our homes. This means should anything go wrong in the first year of ownership resulting from our craftsmanship, we either repair or replace the issue. The appliances that come with your home are under warranty by the respective manufacturers as well.

    Please remember that it is your responsibility to maintain your home, exactly as you would a traditional home. This means keeping your home painted when needed, for example. Also homes that will stay in the same place for an extended amount of time should be leveled and braces on the corners of the home.

  • Visits to our warehouse are reserved to serious buyers actively looking to purchase a tiny home. If that’s you, we’d love to have you! From time-to-time we offer open houses for the general public, but typically visits are limited to active buyers. We also try our best to keep an inventory of tiny homes for our customers needing to purchase a tiny house quickly.   • To kickstart your tiny home project, it’s important to have a well-defined plan for its placement. We suggest discussing your project with us before applying for financing, as this allows us to point you towards the most suitable lending partner based on your budget and site plan.

    We partner with a variety of lenders ready to support your venture. Reach out to us to begin the process, and we will provide you with further details on your financing options.

  • While we currently do not offer financing directly, we have partnered with several financing companies that offer very competitive financing options that makes tiny house ownership available to almost anyone with a low debt-to-income ratio, a proven history of income and moderate and above credit score.

Design FAQs

  • If you’ve been shopping around for a tiny house, you may have noticed that our homes tend to be more affordable tan other builders but our quality, design and aesthetics are high.

    This is achieved by offering only a few models that our team can perfect by using smart/lean design principles that ensure our processes and costs are efficient as possible.

    Having said that, there are some customizations options such as paint color, flooring color among other things. If you’d like to learn more about the level of customization we offer, please get in touch.

  • Absolutely. But the term “off-grid” tends to be a loose term that has different meanings depending on who you ask, and more importantly, your unique situation and needs. Please get in touch to let us know how we can assist you with living in your tiny house off grid.

  • We offer several tiny homes models, each offering in varying sizes.

    Our goal with our available models is to provide tiny housing that can serve different use cases including those that prefer/require more square feet, or those hat only need single occupancy with minimal needs.

    We recognize and understand that everyone has specific needs and it is our goal to accommodate as many people as possible that are wantin to simplify their lives through tiny homes.

Going Tiny FAQs

  • We recommend having an insured moving company deliver your tiny house. We work with several tiny house moving companies across the nation.

    We have partnered with tiny homes delivery companies across The United States that are the best in the industry.

    You can pickup your tiny house upon completion from our facility in Wilmington, North Carolina but we require a signed waiver saying you are responsible for moving the tiny home and any damages associated from doing so.

    When you’re getting close or are actively looking to purchase your tiny house, get in touch so we can help walk you through the process.

  • When you purchase a tiny house from us the turn-around time can be as soon as only a few weeks (depending on the model you purchase) and up to 8 weeks depending on current workload. In some situations, we have inventory that is available to purchase immediately. Please contact us to get a current build time.

  • We are currently working on a resource where you can visit and stay in the many homes we’ve built that are used as Airbnb’s and guest accommodations.

    In the meantime, we offer scheduled Zoom or FaceTime video calls for active and qualified buyers. Please get in touch to schedule a video call with us.

  • Insuring your tiny home is a wise choice to protect your investment.

    If you are financing your tiny home it’s usually required to carry insurance on your home.

    We have partnered with several tiny house insurance companies and can point you to the best-suited company when you purchase your tiny home with us.
